Welcome to the Centre of Global Value Chains. A specialist group that studies how different products and services are made and delivered worldwide. Our focus is on two key pillars:
Food and Agribusiness: We look at how food is grown, harvested, and brought to your table. From farm to the consumer, we study every step to ensure food is safe, affordable and available.
Tourism: We explore how tourism impacts economies by creating jobs, generating income, and improving infrastructure. We study how tourism can boost local economies and help communities thrive.
We aim to make these value chains more efficient, effective and human-centred so that everyone benefits, from those who produce and provide these services to those who use them.
We work with experts and communities across ASEAN to share ideas and solutions.
